The app will tell you what the current power mode is such as Eco, Maximum, or Normal - but we found that none of these modes made a noticeable difference in cleaning performance. Its bin can hold up 60 days' worth of waste It won't require emptying more frequently than that, unless you have several pets with long hair. If you do have to empty it, all you need to do is untie the side bin, put it over a trash can and then press a button that will let you eject the contents. The Shark IQ XL is a good vacuum cleaner. It does a great job of cleaning bare floors and can move well. However it's not the best choice for carpeted floors. Shark IQ XL feels a slightly less sturdy than the Roomba 694. It's effective at cleaning carpeted floors, however, it's not as effective as the iRobot Roomba i7 in terms of bare floor performance. The i7 is also more robust and feels more durable. It is sturdy, has less maintenance requirements, incurs lower costs for recurring expenses, charges faster, while offering similar battery performance, and comes with much more advanced automation features, such as no-go zones as well as the ability to select specific rooms for a clean. iRobot J7+ This robot vac/mop combination is a rarity as it does both jobs very efficiently. iRobot Combo j7+ has all the features and smarts similar to its j7 counterpart including LiDAR maps and self-emptying. It dumps its 14oz/0.4-liter dust container into the base station, and it automatically emptys itself. This reduces the amount of garbage you must get rid of.
